The 24-month Graduate Programme is built around three track options, to give graduates a deep understanding of the asset management industry. This engagement will include a comprehensive overview of the firm, built upon a job rotation plan between different departments, punctuated by dedicated learning modules; giving you privileged access to company insights and people.

Investment Management Track
As an Investment Management Graduate you will gain a deep insight into Investment Management (Portfolio Management and Research).
Since the Investment Management track started in 2005, a great many graduates have had the chance to become excellent investment professionals at AllianzGI. This track is structured around job rotations between the Portfolio Management, Research and Sales departments. It is designed to get you up and running in Portfolio Management or Research, with the objective of achieving an identified permanent role within one of our teams after the programme.
A key advantage of the programme is that it involves studying towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. You are expected to achieve CFA level I and II after completion of the graduate programme.
No two days are alike. You'll learn through experience and generate your own ideas, challenge other peoples' views and debate the rights and wrongs of a recommendation. You will get a growing exposure to the markets, to clients and make an increasing impact on investment decisions and new business presentations.
