**Appointment Schedule:**

1. **Appointment Period:** November 1, 2024 (09:00) to November 13, 2024 (12:00).

2. **Consultation Period:** November 11 to November 13, 2024. 09:00-16:50 (50 minutes per session).

3. **Appointment Method:** Online booking during the appointment period. Each person can book one session per semester. Booking on behalf of others is prohibited, and violators will have their booking privileges revoked for all future semesters.

 

**Application Notes:**  

1. There is currently no deposit required for this event. Students are encouraged to value the resources provided. Please ensure you reserve the time slot you select and be present on the consultation day; additionally, please dress appropriately and avoid overly casual attire.

2. **Cancellation of Appointment:** If you need to cancel your appointment during the consultation period, please do so online at least three days before the consultation date. If cancellation is needed within three days of the consultation date, please contact the Career Center (Extension: 63254).

3. **Cancellation of Participation Eligibility:** Due to the limited resources of industry mentors, the following rules apply:

   - Cancelling two days before the consultation date will result in losing eligibility for next semester.

   - Cancelling one day before the consultation date will result in losing eligibility for the current and next semester.

   - Failing to notify and not showing up on the consultation day will result in losing eligibility for all future semesters.

預約期程：

一、預約期間：113年11月1日（09：00）至11月13日（12：00）。

二、諮詢期間：113年11月11日至11月13日。 09：00-16：50（每時段50分鐘）。

三、預約方式：預約期間內線上預約。每人每學期原則可預約一次，禁止以他人帳號代為申請，違者將取消帳號使用者所有學期申請資格。

 

申請注意事項：

一、本活動目前無收取保證金，請同學珍惜使用資源，選定諮詢時段時後請務必保留您當日該時段時間參與；另諮詢當日請注意儀態，避免穿著過於隨便。

二、取消預約：諮詢期間因故需要取消預約，請於諮詢日三日前線上取消。於諮詢日三日內如需取消，請聯繫職涯中心（分機：63254）。

三、註銷資格情形：因業師資源寶貴，若於

1.諮詢日二日前取消，將取消下學期參加資格；

2.諮詢日一日前取消，將取消當學期及下學期參加資格；

3.未事先告知而於當日未到者，將取消未來所有學期參加資格。

有感於同學的就業問題更為多元，我們希望透過職場專業人士的協助，帶領同學達到「瞭解自我、發展自我」的目標。因此，我們本學期持續推出「業師諮詢面對面」計畫，邀請來自不同產業的職涯業師，提供同學「一對一」的職涯諮詢服務。 職涯業師是由產業的創業主、業界菁英、企業高階主管的職涯業師學長姐組成。他們將提供本校同學職涯方向探索諮詢、學生職涯規劃諮詢、中英文履歷表寫作指導與修改、面試技巧演練等專業服務。
