工作內容
• 分析宏觀經濟和產業趨勢。
• 對經濟數據進行統計分析、同儕分析以及持有比較和相關相關性。
• 為投資組合經理人(PM) 和資深研究分析師提供一般研究支援。
• 協助客戶支援活動，例如徵求建議書(RFP) 和準備簡報資料。
• 對環境、社會和治理(ESG) 因素進行研究。
• 將ESG研究成果納入投資分析與決策過程
• Analyze macroeconomic and sector trends.
• Conduct statistical analysis of economic data, peer analysis and holding comparisons and relevant correlations.
• Provide general research support to Portfolio Managers (PMs) and Senior Research Analysts.
• Assist with client support activities, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and preparation of presentation materials.
• Conduct research on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors consideration.
• Incorporate ESG research findings into investment analysis and decision-making processes

條件要求
• 大學部和/或碩士生（金融/經濟/行銷/工程背景優先）
• 有賣方及買方或企業/產業的股票研究相關工作經驗者優先
• CFA 優先
• 優秀的英語和國語口頭和書面溝通能力
• 出色的 Microsoft 應用程式技能（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
• 注重細節、強大的分析和組織能力
• 強大的團隊合作精神
• Undergrad and/or Master students (Finance/Economics/Marketing/Engineering background preferred)
• Relevant working experience in equity research at sell-side and buy-side, or corporate/industry is a plus
• CFA is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Excellent skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong team player
