工作內容
As an entry-level field engineer, joining FEDP (Field Engineering Development Program ) provides a 2-year curriculum to support engineering learning path towards technical expertise with capabilities to support both installation and maintenance operations. The program includes:
• Designed courses and projects around Schindler’s product, process, business, and people
• On-Job practices to boost professions in Schindler’s newest technologies
• Job rotations in installation and maintenance business units
• At least 6-month overseas learning journey in regional office (Hong Kong)
• Mentorship and engineering network
After the program, field engineers are expected to be:
• Technical expert of Schindler’s newest products and technologies
• 1st-line engineering analyzer and problem solver
• Internal trainers of frontline staff to drive technician performance
• Designed courses and projects around Schindler’s product, process, business, and people

條件要求
Academic Background:
• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering is preferred
• TOEIC 700+, fluent in business English
Related Experience:
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of full-time working experience
Behavior Competency:
• Strong logics
• Problem-solving ability in information collecting, analyzing, and reasoning
• Result and customer oriented
• Passionate about engineering continuously improvement with learning agility
• Willing to work in construction site/environment
