[Key Responsibilities]
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Pipelines and objective setting.
• Management of Strategic client accounts to increase/maintain market share.
• To develop an understanding of relevant external issues and to use these to identify opportunities in the market.
• Implement strategic sales plan to achieve company goal to increase new client base.
• Manage client expectation in alliance with company direction, also ensure clients’ satisfaction in high level.
• Conduct cold calling, meetings, and client acquisition. Focus on both new client acquisition and growth with key accounts.
• Partnering with colleagues both from a geographic and solutions perspective to meet the needs of the clients.
• To develop, maintain and build multi-level and multi-disciplinary relations with clients.
