Position Summary
The intern primary responsibility is to provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. They are learning on the job the basic skills of market research in Client Service under close supervision from their manager and senior account team members.

Direct supervision of research projects from initiating through to implementation, analysis of results, and reporting.

(1) Client Service
- To be a key point of contact for a specific area of the client’s business
- To deliver consultancy and actionable insights to clients through issue based and on-going day to day servicing
- To be able to derive “insight” from raw data and understand the difference between “data vs. insight”
- To think in client’s shoes when constructing recommendation
- To achieve proficiency on internal analysis tools and systems

(2) Account Management
- To initiate and build client relationship, manage daily client requests and anticipate client demands to proactively find solutions
- To assist Account Manager in identifying further opportunities within client portfolio to generate business revenue streams
- To support wider team on internal and external projects
- To be flexible on workload and priorities when appropriate or needed

- Support senior colleagues liaising and communicating with client during the course of a project.
- Assist in questionnaire script development including internal pilots, liaising with operations, managing updates tec.
- Assists in the drafting of report and responsible for ensuring the accuracy if data therein.
- Meet individual deadline, flagging potential issues to the project manager.
- Monitor fieldwork and the schedule and escalating problems where appropriate.
- Build effective relationship with field and operation colleagues.

Required Experience/Skills:
- Strong interest in marketing (research) knowledge
- Solid analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times
- Project management supports team leaders to complete projects based on client requirements and provides day to day administrative assistance to senior team members

Technical skills:
- Demonstrates familiarity with computer programs
- Completes necessary database forms.
- Strong communications skills
- Cultural awareness

- Familiar with MS Office
