工作內容
In this role, you have the opportunity to join the highly successful Finance team of Greater China, while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Taiwan. This position aims to support the decision-making process based on services and analytics from FP&A resources.
You are responsible for:
• Support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.) and an “outside in” focus for Taiwan office
• Support execution of organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan as well as an understanding of market share and competitive position
• Monitor the financial position of the Market, Business, Function, Industry operations or Innovation activities. Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement)
• Coordinate and assist in preparing the Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis.
• Prepare and advice on investment business case reviews (e.g. marketing programs, R&D expenses, Capex)
• Partner with other finance pillars, gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial control

條件要求
You are a part of professional key talent in Taiwan Finance department, to contribute, execute and development of the financial business strategy, support organizational capability development and organizational alignment. You will base in Taipei office and directly report to Head of Finance Taiwan.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
• Degree holder and have graduated in 2019/2020 from any of the following faculties – Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Good analytical and convincing communication skills
• Have a genuine interest in business and are intellectually curious
• Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Possess drive and willingness to have an international career in healthcare/ personal health industry
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good Excel skills (i.e. vlookup, pivot table) is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• 2019/2020 Fresh graduates are welcome!
