工作內容
Marsh’s Graduate development program is a 2-year accelerated rotational program open to a select group of highly motivated recent University graduates. We offer graduates on the job training, structured formal training, regular reviews and feedback and a wide range of development programs focusing on business development and client servicing functions.
We are looking for highly driven and motivated, creative thinking, high learning orientation and collaborative team players who want to start and develop their career alongside smart, creative, diverse and hardworking people, who are committed to solving society’s most pressing issues through the development of new and innovative solutions.

條件要求
1. Bachelor & Master Degrees with graduation in any discipline.
2. Welcome majors on Insurance/Risk Management/Legal/MBA/Business majors….etc.
3. 0~2 years work experience in any field.
4. Good communication skills in both oral and written English and local languages.
5. TOEIC at least 700 scores or certificate of relevant reputable language tests.
6. Average grade of school with 80 scores (GPA3.5) or above.
7. Demonstrated Leadership qualities in school, work or community activities.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

公司福利
一、辦公時間工時時間：星期一至星期五9:00~12:00, 13:00~17:00 (7 hours) 休假：例假日及國定假日比照公家機關颱風或其他緊急重大事項依照人事行政局命令
二、薪資及津貼薪資：月薪制
三、福利 勞健保：依相關法令辦理 有團保，有退休金、有離職金、有教育訓練計劃、為鼓勵員工研習專業科目或相關知識，藉以提高服務品質，得由公司出資，參與外界舉辦之訓練課程。有員工自強活動，視當年度預算而定，週休二日。
