工作內容
* Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
•Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
•Maintain the accuracy of the detailed fixed asset and accumulated depreciation schedules for multiple countries.
•Reconcile all fixed assets accounts. Analyze account activities and resolve necessary item if have.
•Follow with user to get sufficient information to do capitalization.
•Perform month-end for Fixed Assets module
•Work with in-country finance to perform annual physical count
•Manage proper approval of Capital Project Request Forms in accordance with company policy.
•Respond the inquiry from user related capital expenditure and project.
•Reconcile all fixed assets accounts. Analyze account activities and resolve necessary item if have.
•Prepare Roll-forward by entity level.
•Participate financial system implement / migration.

條件要求
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
•Background with IFRS standards a plus.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Oracle a plus.
•Effective problem solving, detail-oriented and highly analytical.
•Fluent in English.
