工作內容
[ What you do as an FAE ]
- Assist customer troubleshooting product related issue.
- Provide solution to customer requirement to help project / account win.
- Work with sales to provide customer project proposal.
- Provide video contents for product or solution.
- Host technical training to customer.
- Test product and simulate customer scenario to duplicate environment to problem analysis.
- Compose product related documents (user manual, installation guide).
- Maintain product and solution database.

條件要求
[Requirements]
Abilities:
- Familiar to network architecture.
- Have basic knowledge of electronics.
Additional requirements:
- Customer support/ service experience.
- Excellent skills of using MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
- Able to communicate with customers in English.
[Nice to have]
- Fluent in other languages is a plus.
- Experience in software development (C, C++, C#).
- Have basic knowledge of photography (Shutter speed, aperture, ISO...).
- Have Cloud, IoT, Big Data, Business Intelligence related knowledge.
