This program is consists of some workshop, MBA case-study, and roundtable meeting with our Executive members and operated by our HR team. Nissan designed this program for university students to help them understand what the global-leadership is and the business model in Auto Industry. (http://www.nissanmotor.jobs/japan/IS/en/)

■The person who are in NCCU and will graduate in 2019.
■Business level English (TOEIC730、TOEFL (iBT) 79、IELTS6.0) in addition to Business level Japanese language skill.
■The person who has strong enthusiasm to develop and improve their leadership competency
After document screening, there will be web-testing and Skype Interview starting from June 11th, application deadline June 17th.
