Management Trainees(MTs) will be rotated to different business functions during our 2.5 years MT Program to equip each trainee with strong business acumen and solid experience in terms of SAP, World-Class-Operation(WCO), Logistic Operation, strategic thinking & analysis. Strong supporting mechanisms-mentoring, business assignments, placement review-will ensure the targets achieved.
1. Job Rotation
Rotational program includes 5~6 short-term placements in 3~6 months each. MTs will acquire the knowledge of products, business, and supporting functions through this program, which broadens trainees’ experience and understanding of Swire Coca Cola and FMCG industry.
2. Mentoring System
Mentoring system is a way to ensure high quality of MTs’ learning & growth, so mentors, either experts or seniors in each function, will be assigned to facilitate this journey. You may work with management team and grasp their insights from strategic perspectives.
3. Business Assignment
MT Program has real business impacts by involving trainees in company’s strategic meetings and development, and assigning them to resolve real business cases. These assignments will elevate trainees’ vision and understanding of business as well as strategic mindset.

During the 2.5 years program, trainees are expected to gain practical experience and develop effective leadership capability in a short period of time. It is expected that trainees will reach management level by Year 4 or 5, and the executive level in the next 10 years.

條件要求

1. Demonstrate strong abilities to learn, and help Dept./functions to dig out potential issues.
2. Demonstrate proactive, teamwork, effective communication, and “can do” attitude.
3. Innovative thinking, creativity, resilience & pressure tolerance.
4. Good command of spoken and written English. (TOEIC 785/TOEFL 78 or above)
5. Be able to relocate and stay mobile during the program.
