工作內容
Internship Period: 22nd June- 30th September
Working hour:
In summer break: 5 days/ week
In semester: at least 3 days/ week
Responsibilities:
PR & EVENT
1. Support the PR & Event team in day-to-day tasks and event-related operations
2. Assist with event preparation, on-site support, and post-event follow-up (Key project: July HJ event )
3. Help to organize press materials, media lists, and image assets
4. Update internal systems and assist with basic data entry (e.g. PO & LGSM)
5. Compile media clippings and assist in preparing simple reports (if any)
MEDIA
1. Support social media scheduling and content posting
2. Assist with content translation for press and digital platforms
3. Monitor competitor events/campaigns and collect relevant market information(if any)
Learning objectives:
• Develop an understanding of media relations, press workflows, and content management
• Learn the full event process and strengthen communication skills, from preparation and on-site execution to post-event reporting
• Develop a basic understanding of competitor activities, campaign and industry trends
• Gain practical exposure to social media planning and digital communication flows
Project closing presentation:
• July HJ event report
• July- Sep Competitor events/campaign observation report

條件要求
Be proactive learner, good in writing and reading English, details oriented. Professional in MS office especially PPT. Good ability to adapt to new challenges.
