GFM Management Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Management Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure across various desks within GFM (Global Financial Market). As a Management Associate, you will participate in a structured program designed to develop your leadership skills and prepare you for future roles of increasing responsibility within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Rotate through different desks to gain exposure to various functions such as sales, trading, structing teams.
Assist in conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
Learning through on the job training from various Treasury Market products and act as trader assistant in desk operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Support senior management in daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Advanced degree (Master, CFA) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership potential and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency in financial software and tools. (Programming in Python and VBA will be a plus)
