工作內容
【Responsibilities】:
•Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality of our AI chatbot system. Perform manual and automated testing across various modules and integrations, including SMS, web chat, and automated call systems.
•Identify and report system defects, bugs, and performance issues using established bug-tracking systems.
•Collaborate across teams to investigate and resolve system defects, ensuring timely fixes and issue resolution.
•Identify areas for improvement, enhance the test automation framework, and implement new testing methodologies to continuously improve and expand test coverage.
•Track and handle quality issues, proactively propose improvements and preventive measures to enhance product reliability, dependability, and quality.
•Work with the development team to review code changes, provide feedback on design and architecture decisions, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
•Collaborate with the product team to define and document acceptance criteria, ensuring these standards are met during the development cycle.
•Stay updated on emerging trends and new tools related to quality assurance.

Requirements】:
•Experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
•Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
•Hands-on experience in testing web applications and APIs.
•Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
•Detail-oriented and highly perceptive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, quickly identify priorities, adjust priorities flexibly as situations change, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
