工作內容

Do you have a passion for developing people to improve their contributions to the organization? Are you looking for a custom designed internship that will best suit your interests?

Your assignment will include the responsibility of leading organizational strategy in step with our business leaders. We feel that Human Resources is about driving strategy, not just pushing policies. Your role will be helping the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements for a specific business need and engaging closely with the leadership team to build a stronger organization.

We try to fit your interests and skills to projects that will allow you to use your strengths so that you can continue to grow and develop. Your project will be designed based on real business needs and will allow you to develop deep understanding in areas such as employee experience, benefits and compensation, employee and labour relations, recruiting, training and development etc. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly significant projects to work on.

We are looking for students who:

1. Have excellent visionary, strategic, fearless leadership skills and are passionate to make things happen.
2. Love to challenge the status quo and have passion to craft innovative solutions
3. Able to display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
4. Loves learning new things on the job in a vibrant environment
5. English proficient (written and spoken).
6. Undergraduate or master’s degree with a target graduation date between Jan 2026 ~ Dec 2026
7. Legally eligible to work in Taiwan.
