工作內容
1. Study user needs and scenarios
2. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
3. Illustrate design concept using storyboards, process flows and wireframes
4. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets…etc
5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how product function and look like
6. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems(e.g. responsiveness)
7. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
8. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

條件要求
1. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI)
2 A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions
3. Experience designing and shipping products for mobile and desktop
4. Fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
6. Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch , Adobe XD, Illustrator, Axure and Invision…etc
