Manage Tasks: Oversee non-automated tasks (like admin work) and track important business metrics to enhance the admin system.
Lead Initiatives: Drive cross-functional projects to improve platform performance.
Collaborate on Tech: Monitor how features are used and work with local teams to enhance performance.
Analyze Data: Develop and monitor performance metrics for both products and operations.

Proven track record in driving cross-departmental projects.
Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
