Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to collaborate with international employees and teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
[Bonus Qualifications / 加分能力]
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Understanding employee engagement practices and workplace culture development.
