What you'll do
- Onboarding: Create and maintain high-quality product content for Klook’s rapidly growing, global customer base.
- Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, content, and booking flow
- Account support: Provide day-to-day operational support to Klook's merchants including but not limited to product updates, settlement, and fixing booking issues to help them maximize sales potential via Klook.
- Other projects and tasks assigned by the managers
- 協助業務團隊以日文上架產品及修改產品內容，並導入相關後台設定事宜確保符合多元的銷售情境
- 協助處理業者訂單相關及帳務處理
- 進行活動頁面優化以提升消費者體驗及訂單轉換率
- 協助特殊專案執行、主管交辦事項
What you'll need
-Work experience in OTA or the travel industry is a plus
-Strong written and verbal communications skills
-Proficiency in English; good in Japanese & Chinese
-Global-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
-A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
-Fresh grad is welcome
-Work hours: Must be available at least two to three days a week
- 日文流暢，具備專業翻譯之水準
- 對於翻譯文章編輯及旅遊有高度興趣
- 具備新創公司態度，能適應變化快速的環境並且獨立作業
- 妥善安排工作事項的優先順序並且多工進行任務
- 具有良好溝通、團隊協調，並且熱衷於解決各種未知問題來得到成就感
- 注重細節並具有執行力能有效率地掌控交付工作時程
