工作內容
Nestlé Taiwan 2024 Management Trainee Program is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of our business. The 24-month program provides Management Trainees with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as understanding the inter-relationships between different functions across the value chain. You will also be rotated across departments and experience the excitement of a fast-paced nature of FMCG business. This will be an accelerated pathway that will help unlock the fullest potential in the individual.

條件要求
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Nutrition, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
2. A fresh graduate or those with maximum 3 years of working experience in any of areas above
3. Good academic records and participation in extracurricular activities
4. Fluent interpretation in Mandarin Chinese and English
