工作內容
1. Salesforce Configuration and Maintenance: Enhance user experience and meet expectations by customizing solutions and resolving issue tickets. Tasks include user setup, system configuration, and report/dashboard creations.
2. User Support: Provide support to Salesforce users, ensuring they have the knowledge to effectively utilize the platform. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices. Grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
3. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system. Perform data imports, updates, and de-duplication. Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes.
