1. Lead/conduct business meeting and manage objections

2. Set and attend engagement meetings

3. Lead and manage difficult situation for clients/candidates

4. Attend and co-lead position profile report collection

5. Identify search grounds and deliverables

6. Source, access, interview and attract candidates

7. Timely search updates preparation and lead in discussions with clients

8. Preparation of quality documentation

9. Manage candidates/clients in negotiation and providing solutions on closing

10. Relationship building with clients for return business

 Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
 Excellent in Mandarin and English Language
 Self-motivated, resourceful and persistent
 Sales experience is not required but will be a plus
 Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong interest in sales
 Result-driven and highly motivated Strive for success
