工作內容
Dell Technologies Taiwan Development Center’s True Ability Apprentice Program aims at enabling students with disabilities to be equipped with communication, influencing and project management skills as well as to learn how to collaborate with global team members with diverse background in early career.
As a member of Corporate Function Team, this intern is responsible for the following:
Coordinate between hiring teams and candidates for interview arrangement
Cooperate with Recruiters during recruitment process and provide administrative support including recruiting data/tools/facilities management
Support internal/external events from preparation to execution, campus recruiting is included
Support senior team members and leaders on projects and activities
Engage in employer branding, social media planning and D&I projects

條件要求
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, or master's program in any field. Engineering background is welcomed.
Hold valid Disability identification and certification
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient in Windows and MS Office
Could work at least 3 days every week
