工作內容
1. Account management - day to day contact window for customer accounts. Effectively manage each phase of the sales process.
2. Coordinate with other departments regarding sales, new product development, production, shipping, etc.
3. Coordinate responses to RFQs, quote and follow- up with customers, enter orders through our system.
4. Monitor, update, and track delivery schedule for orders and sample orders.
5. Represent the company at trade exhibitions/events, domestic and international.
6. Formulate sales plan to achieve annual sales targets. Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts, and account history.
7. Create flyers, track projects, lead special projects as needed and assigned.
8. Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (tradeshows, regional organizations, etc).
9. Any projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.

2. Intermediate level Arabic/French/Spanish language proficiency, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
3. Excellent communication abilities.
4. Capable of working with teams that are cross-functional.
5. Has the ability to take on challenges and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Work with a sense of urgency to get tasks completed.
7. Capable of adapting to work with regional time zones.
8. Acquainted with the operation of office software. (Word/Excel/PPT/Adobe Acrobat)
9. Acquire the most recent political and economic news from the country, including changes in exchange rates and market information.
