The Research Associate (研究員) title is typically offered to researchers with at least a master's degree, but if you demonstrate that you can contribute in a significant way, we will offer you the top salary regardless of your highest degree or major.

Expect to fall into the "exempt" category according to the Fair Labor Standards Act of the United States (a.k.a. 責任制 in the Taiwanese parlance).
