- Acer global service center data mining and knowledge discovery:
Dig out product quality status via laptop, PC and other products' warranty records analysis.
Early detect anomaly product quality via worldwide contact center logs and repair center logs.
- Online customer voice analysis:
E-commerce customer review analysis to have product pros/cons from customers’ point of view.
Community user feedback analysis to better understand user needs.
- Creating automated anomaly detection, high-performing prediction methodology.

條件要求
Required:
1. Education: college student (statistics related)
2. Experience: Experienced in data analysis, data visualization, machine learning
3. Skills: R, Python
Preferred:
Mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
Accuracy and attention to detail, team-working, problem-solving skills.
Experience in data analysis.
Knowledge of data visualization software/tool.
(PLUS) SQL
1. Education: college student (statistics related)
