工作內容
Key Responsibilities
Develop subject matter expertise on a wide range of LSEG data, indexes, business, along with the technology landscape to achieve it.
Develop specialized deep expertise in equities index and research applications, and the data and transformations required.
Leverage equities knowledge to conduct wide-ranging, high-value technical analysis on upcoming and in-flight deliveries.
Perform advanced data profiling to inform solution design, including workflows, exceptions, quality rules, etc. to support operational processes.
Build an understanding of problems and be able to create unique solutions through available teams, tools and processes.
Assist in enacting the Equities Data Roadmap to achieve key business targets.
Through SQL analysis, provide simplified and value-driven analysis to data, research and product teams for diverse sets of internal and external data content feeds.
Leverage Python for navigation of novel content sets and business glossaries on proprietary platforms.
Support the design of processes within a new platform, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality are transparent, reported and constantly improving, with complete adherence to Group Data Governance.
Consistently balance multiple competing priorities to maintain delivery timelines, with flexibility for changes in priorities.
Responsible for stakeholder related issues including the provision of timely and efficient deliverables. Escalation of issues in line with company policy and business judgement.
Provide analysis to support data modelling, design and architecture related to key data platforms to ensure maximum scalability and functionality to business targets.
Adapt to changes in strategy, technology, personnel and systems as we transform our business.
Communication
Produce data visualizations and transparent data quality reports to management and stakeholders, and robust action plans around improvement areas
Clear documentation of technical requirements around data ingestion, management, analytics and data derivations to ensure smooth implementation in partnership with technology
Deliver clear and accurate analysis to facilitate stakeholder discussions
Build trust with stakeholders by consistently understanding and fulfilling stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner

Strong technology literacy, including advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite of products, strong functional understanding of database querying language (SQL) and familiarity with SAP and BAW are a plus
Exposure to agile project experience, and familiarity with matrix organizational/project structures
Strong understanding of key financial and referential equity datasets, specifically entity masters, pricing, classifications. A deep knowledge of index usage is key to success
Experience with multi-asset data (including pricing, corporate actions, free float, maturity, yield, etc.) and ownership structures of organizations is preferred
Comfortable with leveraging APIs for temporary and/or permanent data solutions
Delivery focused with a good understanding of typical project cycles and reporting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or equivalent
