Onramp Lab, US based, is a fast-paced technology driven marketing services company that is looking for part-time Sales Operations Associate at our office near Taipei 101.

【What to look forward to】:
• You should be willing to take a night shift schedule (US working hours) : from 9:00p.m. – 01:00a.m. or from 6:00a.m. to 10a.m. (4 hours shift) .
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by our test telemarketing sales campaigns.
• Conduct training, coaching and workshops in order to prepare our outsourced telemarketing staff to better handle clients in our sales campaigns.
• Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
• Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of outsourced telemarketing staff.
• Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates our outsourced telemarketing staff as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
