工作內容
This is for a 3-6 months associate position with CDI Global – Greater China office – working remotely.
*Job Description: Looking for an analytical and detailed oriented person that can help with due diligence and provide transactional support on workout, restructuring, acquisition and new business opportunities, developing financial models, pitch book materials (including translation CN/EN) and conducting company research, analyzing data to help advise our current or prospective corporate clients on actual or prospective transactions.
*Period: 3 months to 6 months with part-time of 15 ~ 35 hours a week, with flexible time frame and mutually agreed-upon by the company and the candidate.

The skill sets required to complete the above duties are:
•Identify potential markets and market trends, sometimes based on defined criteria and areas of activities
•Conduct due diligence investigations of target companies
•Support the preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies
•Researching into potential buyers/investors
•Strong quantitative/analytical skills
•Solid work ethic
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
•Ability to effectively manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
•Participate in marketing events for the company, make client presentations, and prepare marketing strategies
