工作內容
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for supporting administration, logistics, and operations of the office, marketing, BD, HR, and finance-related topics.
- Support and maintain all basic operations and functions of the business, including the maintenance of project equipment, supplies, and inventory, as well as perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Be one of the team members to support daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Experienced in KOL, and influencer area is a plus
What you bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Administration, Human Resource
- Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask good time management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
