We are looking for inside sales/Customer service representatives aiming towards the following countries: Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, The Philippines, Responsibilities: 1. Customer relationship management, attending to customer questions and concerns, providing the customer with product knowledge, generating leads from potential clients, and performing follow-ups to convert leads to sales. 2. Prepare quotations, take and track sales orders 3. Prepare timely sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) 4. Assist with sales supporting responsibilities. 5.
