Executive, Retail Merchandising
Assist superior and develop and drive a Retail Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed KPIs and objectives. Task 1: Develop sales analysis to monitor the product's sales performance and provide insight for buying plan Task 2: Drive the process and overall sign-off for delivering the optimum retail assortment to drive sell-through and reach financial targets. Drive country relevant assortments to optimize the local product efficiency and market opportunity while maximizing brand Task 3: Assortment Planning - based on store zoning to provide the quantified buying strategy which aligns with marketing highlight and brand image Task 4: Cooperate with cross-function to optimize the product range plan to fulfill consumer need Task 5: Individually responsible for RTF , Golf , TeamSport , ACC and FOC & BFO buying plan Task 6: Assist the superior to deliver efficient and accurate tasks within deadline irregularly Task 7: Assist to re-calculate ( adjust original distribution) monthly new product to shops base on the newest situation. To support the ECom team on backend operations for the Puma online shops (Dotcom and marketplace platforms) in order to maximize commercial performance while providing the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey. 為了最大化我們的營運績效,同時在顧客旅程的每一階段中提供最好的客服,我們將支援PUMA線上電商平台的所有後勤工作 (Dotcom and marketplace platforms) 1. Operation 營運 : - To translate and to prepare/update products descriptions, event banner, picture & film (include arranging product shooting) 翻譯、準備及更新商品資訊、活動橫幅、照片與影片(包含產品拍攝安排)。 - To activate products on the shops and make sure to displayed them correctly. 上架商品並確保商品呈現方式正確。 - Work with other team members to resolve content or booking issues and communicate any customer feedback to team member. 與其他團隊成員合作解決文案及訂單相關問題,並持續與團隊成員溝通任何消費者的回饋。 2. Fulfilment/ Stock & Shipment 補貨/庫存與貨運管理 : - To ensure that shops are adequately stocked as reflected in the system and confirm the report accuracy. 透過系統確保庫存充足並確認報告準確度。 - To liaise as required with online shop consumer, platform and warehouses in order to resolve delivery issues 根據線上消費者的需求,平台及倉庫狀況以因應出貨會面臨的問題。 - To communicate to warehouses on any special requirements in relation to offers as necessary 如果有必要的話,根據倉庫提出的相關出貨特殊需求加以溝通並討論出最佳解決方案。 3. Customer Service 顧客服務 : - To consult directly with consumer and platform to resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary. 直接與消費者和平台溝通聯絡,以解決相關的客訴及相關問題。 - Ensure a satisfactory outcome for the customer and resolve issues fairly while maintaining a positive brand image in the customer’s mind and adhering to corporate terms & conditions 確保為顧客帶來滿意且公平的結果,同時遵守公司的條款與規定,在顧客心中維持好的品牌形象。 4. E-Commerce Operations Management 電子商務營運管理 - Product Descriptions and Content Creation 商品內容撰寫與文案創作 Manage the branding and product in the online shops: Preparing the product information, including product detail description, new products copywriting & photo shooting(outsourcing) with correct image format / new products info details. 管理線上商城品牌與商品:準備商品資訊,包含商品細節描述、新商品文案撰寫及符合正確圖片格式與新商品資訊細節之照片拍攝(外包)。 - Bulk Product Data Entry 大量商品數據處理 Adding new products, deleting outdated products information from the site, tagging products that are out of stock, uploading product photos or migrating products to a new platform. 於網站增加新商品與刪除到期商品資訊、標註缺貨商品、上傳商品照片及移動商品至新平台。 - Events and Campaign Preparation 電商活動準備 Assisting ECom team with preparation work such as promotion and products content, copywriting, and banners 協助EC團隊做宣傳、商品文案內容撰寫及橫幅設計等之前置準備作業 - Customer Service 消費者服務 Handling customer complaints and answering online products information 處理客訴並回覆線上商品之相關資訊
