-Familiarity of the machine learning flow of building a data-driven AI system, e.g. the steps for -constructing a digit recognition system from MNIST database.
-Experience in query authoring and optimization of SQL/NoSQL databases.
-Experience with distributed computing and machine learning frameworks (Spark, Hadoop or Flink).
-Experience with general purpose programming language (Scala or C++ is preferred).
-Experience with one or more continuous delivery tools including but not limited to: Jenkins, Ansible, Docker.

-Work with account managers, product manager and on various ops projects.
-Work with sales team, account team and campaign team to strategize and optimize campaigns for performance.
-Analyze the ROI and performance of assigned campaigns and make timely recommendations for optimization.

-Digital advertising / RTB /Programmatic buying experience a plus
-Exposure to online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile, social media is a plus.

-Support campaign launch and ongoing operations.
-Establish and manage campaign material production.
-Provide campaign analysis report and collect market information.
-Organize and update operational documentations and records.
-Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties.
-Communicate data and campaign status in a clear and concise manner.
-Cultivate strong relationships cross-functionally.
