Deloitte Horizon Program is a one-year internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.
Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth.
With a well-structured frameworks, the Deloitte Horizon Program accelerates career development in interns’ chosen specialization while rapid growth of cross-functional competencies. Mentorship from leading professionals and a dynamic, enriching work environment help interns unlock their full potential.
You will participate and support projects in more than one of the following areas:
1. Audit, Accounting, Assurance
2. Valuation & Modeling, Mergers & Acquisitions
3. Financial Transformation

條件要求
• Penultimate students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026.
• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration; must have completed Intermediate Accounting courses and possess a basic understanding of financial principles.
• Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks.
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
