1. 接聽"日文"電話(取件安排...等服務事宜)
2. 提供運費報價以及到貨時間
3. 解說快遞以及報關相關問題
4. 提供客戶物流解決方案諮詢
Provide one call solution to Japan Service hotline.
The candidate must be fluent in Japanese, able to handle Japanese customers concerns via phone and email, the working location is based in Taiwan
Job Description
1) Answer Japan customer's inbound call, candidate must be very fluent in Japanese speaking, reading, and writing, N1 qualification is required.
2) Able to Independently complete the customer's request and communicate with respective department.
3) To Meet company goal on call volume and handling time.
4) Be flexible on working hours, the work schedule is following with Japanese Calendar, and might need to work on Taiwan holidays.

2. 能夠迅速回覆顧客問題，解決客戶疑問
3. 良好日文聽說讀寫能力(N1)以上，且具英文聽說讀寫能力
4. 基本電腦操作技巧
5. 能夠接受輪班、排班
6. 具客服相關經驗者尤佳
7. 歡迎就讀台灣各大專院所日籍僑生(可協助申請工作許可)
8. 外籍人士須具備台灣長期居留證件 Foreigners must have a long-term residence permit in Taiwan
