工作內容
- Plan and execute onboarding programs and offboarding for new and departing employees
- Monitoring employee’s attendance record, performance and disciplinary issues
- Provide support to Supervisor to deal with employee issues
- Proactive in understanding the organization and provide advice for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company’s policies
- Co-work with admin team for office procurement to oversee employee welfare related matters i.e., office facilities and pantry item replenishments amongst other tasks.
- Responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and activities, build a strong sense of engagement with employee i.e., team building, health check, annual party
- Performing all HR related ad-hoc duties from time to time or as per assigned
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Co work with admin and finance team
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
