工作內容
E-Commerce specialist is designed to enhance Beiersdorf E-commerce business via pureplay/B&M customers management. The candidate will work with internal multi-functional team to develop EC business and own aspects of EC Sale & Marketing operation.
Main responsibilities：
1. Integrate sales & marketing plan and operation of E-Commerce to drive high sales growth.
2. Initiate strategic plan across pureplay/B&M channel and co-work with distributor partner to execute the plan.
3. Monitor sales forecast planning and sales expense/ marketing budget management.
4. Utilize partnership with distributor, enhance Third Partners management.
