As part of WPP, our Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a critical role in driving business performance through insightful analysis, accurate forecasting, and strategic financial planning. About the Role As a Junior FP&A Executive, you will support the FP&A team in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the FP&A Manager. You will assist in data preparation, basic analysis, and report generation to help senior team members and management make informed decisions. This role is suitable for candidates in the early stage of their career who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, multinational environment. What You’ll Be Doing • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reports under the guidance of senior FP&A team members. • Perform basic variance analysis (e.g. vs. budget, forecast, prior year) and support simple financial modelling, data checks, and ad-hoc analysis for management review. • Maintain and reconcile FP&A templates, files, and trackers, working with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment between actual figures and reporting data. • Help identify opportunities to streamline existing reports and processes, including supporting automation, dashboard development, and data visualization to improve efficiency and insight.
