工作內容
We are looking for a content growth intern who would be responsible for assisting Chinese content in the TW market with growth manager.
In this role, you will :
1. Assist in producing Chinese contents related to lead generation campaigns, which may involve but not limit to infographic design, user template, series newsletter, e-book, and social media posts, etc.
2. You will be mostly working is a remote communication environment, proactive communication and growth mindset is a must and will determine your success and failure here.
3. You will also cooperate with our oversea colleagues sitting in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Vietnam office.
4. Assist ad-hoc marketing material production across functions with internal and external stakeholders, which may sometimes involves outdoor supporting activities.
5. This position would be considered as a potential hire in 2021 thus the prospective graduate is welcome.

條件要求
1.企管、傳播、行銷等相關科系大四應屆畢業生，或有相關實習經驗 (請提出作品或相關證明)
2.懂主動溝通、求救、回報，能自律的做好個人時間與壓力管理是基本
3.對獵才產業有濃厚的興趣，能適應新創變動頻繁的工作環境與挑戰
4.具備良好的英文閱讀能力，擅長資料搜集與整理，能找到對完成工作有幫助的英文文獻與市場數據報告，整理出有趣的觀點。(請提供作品集)
5.有內容排版平面設計的基本概念，至少熟悉使用 Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、Sketch 或 InDesign 等其中一種工具，懂印刷、網頁設計等基本知識。
6.細心、重視品質與時間管理
加分項目（非必要）
- 有招募、獵頭產業的相關實習經驗。
- 熟悉使用 HTML 和 CSS。
- 有 B2B 內容專業撰寫或報告製作經驗。
- 對 Inbound marketing 和 SEO 如何運作有基本的概念。
